Our events are available for groups of all sizes, and can be customized to meet your needs. We are happy to host Birthday Parties, Bar / Bat Mitzvahs, Quinceañeras, Sweet 16 Parties, Milestone Birthdays, Bachelor / Bachelorettes, and more!​​

Private Event Policies
Weather
We strongly recommend booking your event at our indoor location in South Williamsburg so your plans aren't disrupted by bad weather. Events booked at our outdoor location on Pier 40 in Manhattan cannot be moved indoors day of due to poor weather unless you've made prior arrangements to also reserve and pay for the South Williamsburg location.

For outdoor parties of 20 or fewer people: Because we never know what Mother Nature is going to do, we do try to hold all parties and sessions as scheduled, regardless of the forecast. If we decide that the weather may not let up, we may put the party on Weather Warning. A Weather Warning status would be issued no more than 2 hours before the party is scheduled to begin. If your session is put on weather warning, you have the option to wait it out, or to reschedule your party for another date.
For outdoor parties of 21 or more people: We will provide a rain date for your event, should your event be cancelled by CANY due to weather. This rain date will occur at least 2 weeks later than the originally scheduled date, depending upon availability. The exact date and time for the rain date will be specified in your event contract.
Gratuity
For all parties up to 20 people we charge a 15% gratuity!
Cancellations
Please see the full policy here for the cancellation timeframe for your type of event. Please read our cancellation policy carefully and contact us if you have any questions. Note that full-session bookings, private events, and large group events have an expanded cancellation timeframe.
Waivers
All participants must sign a waiver to participate in activities at Circus Academy. Children under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign their waiver.
