Practice tumbling and acro drills with friends in TUMBLE JAM on Wednesdays from 2-3pm ! Have you been taking Ryan’s tumbling class, and want another time to get practice in? Do you want to train tumbling, but would appreciate some companionship and accountability? This little moment will be perfect for you! Open to all acrobats willing to show up with positive vibes and keep themselves and others safe! Tumble Jam pricing is sliding scale $5 - $20 (what a deal!!)

What makes an act excellent? This 2 session intensive interrogates how burlesque and circus acts can supersede their skill and become beautifully political. The focus will be two-fold. Love for the audience which includes act structure (beginning, build and reversal in the middle and ending reveal). How your body inherently is a political canvas for art. In this workshop, we will explore fundamentals of hand beats with skill progressions appropriate to a variety of student levels. We will also connect various tempos and rolls, with an emphasis on entrances and exits for elbow circles. All the skills we learn can be applied to lyra as well. This workshop will cater to intermediate/advanced level aerialists who meet the prerequisites, even if trapeze is not their primary discipline. Prerequisites: 3 unassisted consecutive skin
