Handstands

All-levels handstands class builds strength, body awareness, and confidence through drills, alignment work, and play. Whether you’re taking your first steps toward inversion or refining a freestanding handstand, you’ll train safely and progressively at your own pace.

Tumbling

In Intro to Tumbling, students can learn the fundamentals of tumbling in this fast paced group class. From somersaults and rolls to cartwheels and handsprings, we start with basic rudiments and build up safely with gentle progressions to understand higher and faster skills!

Flexibility

Active Flexibility is strengthening while stretching. With a holistic approach to understanding alignment, we explore backbending, side splits, middle splits, and shoulder stretches, with different drills involving bands, blocks, and fun postures and poses each class. We will discuss how to specifically apply different engagement and alignment to our aerial practice, but this class is beneficial to all kinds of movers.
