Want to level up your trampoline skills and aerial awareness? Join us for our Trampoline Workshop with Steven Gluckstein, Olympian and USA Trampoline National Team Head Coach
On July 19, Steven is coming to CANY to share his knowledge and love of trampoline as an athlete of 17 years and coach of 22 years. In addition to coaching current Olympic trampolinists, Steven works with athletes across the country to improve their trampoline for cross-training with circus, freestyle skiing, artistic gymnastics, among other disciplines.
At this workshop, you will:
Get more comfortable on the trampoline
Improve your aerial awareness
Learn how trampoline can augment the rest of your circus endeavors
Learn how to get more out of your trampoline sessions
Experience a new perspective, new drills, etc. on the skills you want to learn
Pre-requisites: There are no prerequisites for this workshop. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to join!
