This fall we're bringing you new opportunities to build on the trampoline skills that will help you in your flying! In these workshops you'll work with coaches on trampoline and the flying trapeze.

Want to work towards taking your swing out of lines? Confused what your coaches mean when they tell you to cradle in the net? Already swing out of lines but have forgotten how to cradle? Come take our first combo trampoline and trapeze workshop! With a trampoline coach alongside two trapeze instructors, you'll work on cradles on the trampoline and then take your newfound knowledge up the ladder to try it live in the net.
*This class will not include any catching and will be most useful for students who have started working on their swing.
Faceoff Workshop

Do you feel confused, uncoordinated, or like a flopping fish when your trapeze coach yells "turn" as you fall face first towards the net? A good face-off has eluded us all at one point, but our combo trampoline and trapeze class is here to the rescue! Come work with one trampoline coach and two trapeze coaches to do face-off practice on the trampoline, and then go apply your new knowledge in the air!
* This class will not include any catching and will be most useful for students who have started working on a skill that requires a turn to the net.
