In this workshop we will explore several movement directions and modalities while juggling three balls - delivering new ways to understand juggling and movement and adding new life to your juggling practice. This workshop is for anyone who can juggle a three ball cascade (beginner to advanced!) and wants to add expression to their practice and performance.
