Want to add a dynamic quality to even simple sequences? Want to learn to find your center and spin into a blur? Spinning quickly makes almost everything look cooler, so let’s make it easy! In addition to our Spring Semester Flying Trapeze Showcase, we also have a FOREST themed showcase for aerial semester students and guests! Come join us for some frolicking and perhaps lurking in the The Forest to celebrate the skills of our dedicated aerial semester students on June 28th! May 3 & 10 | Performance Workshop with Julie Atlas Muz
What makes an act excellent? This 2 session intensive interrogates how burlesque and circus acts can supersede their skill and become beautifully political. The focus will be two-fold. Love for the audience which includes act structure (beginning, build and reversal in the middle and ending reveal). How your body inherently is a political canvas for art.
