New Instructor: Lisa Natoli
We are thrilled to welcome new instructor, Lisa Natoli! Lisa will be teaching an Open Level Rope class: RESEARCH & DESTROY (Open Level Rope) This class is for students with some aerial experience wanting to learn how to use their vocabulary to build sequences and incorporate floor work. We will work on concepts of hanging, balancing, and momentum to gain more understanding of how technique and theory feed transitions and movement on and off the floor. Lisa Natoli is a New Yo


April 18 | Trapeze Dynamics with Troy Lingelbach
In this workshop, we will explore fundamentals of hand beats with skill progressions appropriate to a variety of student levels. We will also connect various tempos and rolls, with an emphasis on entrances and exits for elbow circles. All the skills we learn can be applied to lyra as well. This workshop will cater to intermediate/advanced level aerialists who meet the prerequisites, even if trapeze is not their primary discipline. Prerequisites: 3 unassisted consecutive skin

Join us for our Winter Semester Showcase: SPACE! Our youth and adult students will share the skills and dedication they’ve built all season with family, friends, and our circus community. In addition to our Winter Semester Flying Trapeze Showcase , we also have an ALIENS themed showcase for aerial semester students and guests! Join us for a fun, kid-friendly circus experience at Circus Academy New York! This lively, one-hour show is perfect for the whole family. Learn to Catch Classes
We offer both Beginner Learn to Catch and Advanced Learn to Catch simultaneously . Typically, one class will be taught by Hal and the other by Ayal. Beginner Learn to Catch This class will take place entirely on a low catch trap. Students will learn the technique and fundamentals of catch locks without the added stress of working at height. Physical Therapy and Personal Training with Emily Mobbs
Appointments are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4pm-8pm at our Brooklyn rig! Please note - a physical therapy referral/prescription from a PCP or ortho is required for physical therapy. Students can sign up for personal training with no prerequisite training or paperwork.
