Troy Lingelbach, established performer and instructor, is joining us to teach Trapeze Dynamics: Beats, Rolls, and Tempos. In this workshop, we will explore trapeze dynamic fundamentals. After a warm up, we will learn skills that come from knee beats and hand beats, as well as rolls and tempos to enter the beats.
